I like @simonas_kauzonas' list. A recent example (this September) is Osmos imo! Not just because it was #1 product of the week but product and builder (@natalia_cebotari_osmos) feel very authentic for a complex problem.

Absolutely. Notion's waitlist and referral system created a ton of anticipation. Figma leveraged their strong design community to drive adoption. Superhuman nailed the positioning as a premium, high-performance email client and had perfect timing with the shift to remote work. All great examples of hitting the right audience with the right messaging and features at the right time.
