What kind of decisions do you make in your organizations frequently?

Most of my decisions are what features will be prioritized over others, and if there is a lower priority feature that has perquisites of a priority feature- if it's worth also knocking that out since less time can be spent on doing it now & then.
@richw Thank you for sharing Rich, totally agree with you. Actually, prioritization is a really big part of our decision you make me realize it.
