Development Tools Struggling on My Notebook Laptop

Hi everyone, I’m using a [url=https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/lap... laptop[/url] for development work, but I’m running into some issues. Despite having decent specs (Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD), certain development tools are lagging or causing the system to slow down, especially when running multiple tasks like code compiling and database management. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with development work on a notebook laptop? Are there any optimizations or settings I can adjust to improve performance?
