When you make your product, you cannot do without flexibility in the processes. Everything can change considering the structure.

I just pivoted CafeSocial.io Mixer from B2C to B2B. Was very hard to get traction on the B2C side, since I needed to build up the crowd + provide the software. Decided to go ahead and partner with people who already have a group of people (e.g. community, teams etc).
