Only if you analyze why you failed, and only if failures don't come too often.
To learn from one’s mistakes is to grow, advance and mature so as not to repeat them.

Yes, failures help us to grow as Winston Churchill said, "success is all about going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm."
I think yes because you get different ways that how you can be right and what you can avoid to not face failure again.
