Do you feel like the current tech market is the new normal?
From my point of view, the tech market seems clearly less hot than it was 2 years ago.
Is this the new baseline? Or will things spring back in the next year or so?

I see the only problem now — getting a job. Situation in global economy is complicated and there are much more applicants when it need to be, cuz of massive laid off.

@leonid_mikhalev yeah, this seems to be a big problem. They are going to be a lot more applicants every year, but if growth is slow, less opportunities.
the question is here a geopolitical one. I guess we're not going to be blindly bullish like in the past, today it's better to have strong foundations from the start
