I wouldn't say so. We have a remote team, so they can choose either to WFH or work from the office, whichever they are more comfortable with. Many are favouring to WFH. However, I believe companies are still mainly adopting the hybrid approach.

In my opinion, it's the opposite. 10 years ago no one could have imagined this.

Declining especially in Japan. Now the morning train is crowding !

Somewhat. Companies are moving to hybrid culture.
Its industry dependant at the end of the day, some industries are almost fully back in office, others allow fully remote. I would say we have hit an equilibrium with WFH, I don't think its growing or declining
