I've tried it before and I can say it is effective but you need to make it sustainable which wasn't the case for me.
Yes, I've been using the Pomodoro technique for a while now. It really helps in maintaining focus and managing my time more efficiently.

Yes, I've tried a lot of different solutions, but this is the one framework that really works for me. The short bursts of focused work are perfect for my day filled with meetings, helping me stay on track and deliver consistently

Yes! I get easily distracted all the time, but Pomodoro helps me stay focused. Forest app also works well for me :)

Pomodoro is great but every time I take a break I lose some context or flow, so I try to stick with working without looking at the time and just focus on the tasks.

I've tried it before, but it was somewhat effective for me. I believe I wasn't as consistent with it.

I think pomodoro is good for studying and learning intermediate skills, but not suitable for deep working or researching
