Do your friends and family know about Product Hunt?

Before launching, everyone seems to be searching for upvotes everywhere. In my circle of friends and family (not including my LinkedIn network), only about 5% had heard of Product Hunt. How about you? How do you convince them to invest their time in this somewhat complex registration process?

They consider me nonsense when I try to talk about my product or PH, LOL!

A few days ago my mom asked me, what exactly do I do for my work 😹😹😹 Had to explain it to her so now she has a little clue about it!

I think I should do a survey among my friends, I'm not sure if they know, or maybe just those in tech. field ? 🤷‍♀️

Most of my friends are in tech , so I believe they know it ! Hopefully they will support me on our launch this 30th of Nov. 😅
