Document Organization App ?

I had this discussion with my group of friends last week! It was a heated debate between the ones who already developed the habit of adding to their calendars the expiration dates, the ones who didn't care, and the ones who where super organized and wanted something better. Their main concern was having all the important documents in a secure place, and not only in the cloud.

Agreed Alexis, the idea is to have 1 place that contains securely all the documents locally on device, we can swt reminders for that and have a calendar specialized for this. Also at the other hand, we can have a secure cloud setup in that case we can benefit from cloud having documents on my mobile, laptop, tablet.

Absolutely! An app that securely stores important documents and provides automated expiry reminders would be incredibly useful. Having all those essential documents in one organized, secure place, with notifications to renew passports or IDs before they expire, would save a lot of time and reduce the risk of missing deadlines.
