Hey Jonathan! Gen-Z loves authenticity, creativity, and social impact. Let them feel seen and heard. Include them in your journey. Also, using a fresh, visual approach on platforms they use daily, like TikTok or Instagram, could work. Show them the value in upskilling and they'll be onboard! 💡😊👍
