Favourite Wordpress theme/website builder?

Debating some platforms for my next project. Wordpress was one of them, love and hate relationship with it - larger on the hate. Leaning towards Framer right now, but does anyone have any themes or reasons to go for Wordpress?

Typedream is also a good one Wordpress is really old technology

@heynigee Using Typedream right now actually and am enjoying the simplicity! I also think you're right and that a lot more businesses are going to be moving away from Wordpress who've been integrated into it for years.
