Feedback on our SaaS - Percival
Hi guys,
We built Percival, the only fair, light and scalable tool for individual performance appraisals in teams; almost two years ago as a side project after using a prototype in our main businesses and now we have around 1500 users generating $2000 MRR.
I would love some feedback on our landing page and also insights on the main problems we currently have:
- The sales process is really slow and need a lot of teaching time. We would love to find a way to sell it in a more self-service way.
- It's hard to find new leads, most of them coming though some talks we did in events or our personal network.

@1988seb we are competing with classic processes like feedback 360 (and tools for it), our USP is the simplicity, speed of the evaluation and that is made exclusively by colleagues and not bosses. The feedback from our users are really positive but the sales process is intense and slow.
