I'm a founder with some finance experience. One thing is pretty consistent when I talk to any other founder - dealing with 'financial planning' and other g&a activities is a waste of time.
Working with a small group of founders, I created a financial planning template with some instructions that anyone can use for free. My goal is to save founders some time (and $$) when making strategic decisions about their business.
