Founders & startup leaders – most helpful lessons learned in 2021?
Hey folks! 👋 I’m a co-founder at Accord, and like everyone else doing some reflection on everything we learned & accomplished last year :)
In 2021, we launched on PH and went from 0 paying customers to signing our first 50+, hired our founding team, and a bunch of other fun stuff.
As a first-time founder, I learned a TON... Here are a few lessons that made a big impact (and I’d love to hear yours!):
- You really don't know how people will react to your product until you're actually in the market, no matter how much of an expert you are
- It's so important to set ambitious long-term goals as a map for prioritizing the right things (and you don’t need to know how you’re going to accomplish these goals yet!)
- Plant seeds and invest in relationships early; find other givers and give back to them
Cheers to more learning & growth in 2022! What are some of the biggest things you learned last year?
