After comparing various features such as user interface, annotation capabilities, synchronization, and audio recording, I would personally recommend Notability for its seamless audio sync with notes feature and intuitive user experience, although Goodnotes' superior handwriting recognition is definitely a standout for those who prioritize this aspect.
