I'd say working out in gym over yoga, only because I don't know enough about yoga to do any unless I start watching yoga feeds. I can build you a circuit board, change your transmission on your car, put together a M249 machine gun blind folded in under 12 seconds, or give you a lecture about ancient Roman culture, but I have zero idea how to just do yoga.....sounds ridiculous and embarrassing but I just never looked into it, I really should.

Hey, I mix it up. It depends on the day for me. I hit the gym when I crave that intense workout, On other days, for finding balance and flexibility, i do yoga. And you?

I love both! Yoga makes my body and soul feel great, puts my mind at ease. Gym makes me feel accomplished and I’m working towards a goal there. Yoga on the other hand, makes me focus on the moment and not think about anything else.

The choice between gym and yoga depends on personal preferences and fitness goals. Gyms are great for strength training and overall fitness, while yoga emphasizes flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. A combination of both might provide a well-rounded fitness routine.

I love Yoga because yoga makes our body and soul feel great.

@priyanka27 , GYM is for fitness and body , mainly for your external appearance. Yoga is for your Health , inner body , mind and Soul. Its like improving oneself from Inside.
