Happy Monday Hunters! How do you prefer to work, in a team or by yourself?

I thrive in a team environment, bouncing ideas off others, but I also appreciate solo work for deep focus on complex tasks.

For me, I find my groove working solo, but I definitely appreciate the energy and synergy of a great team when the occasion calls for it.

Team dynamics is much more important for me.

Both are really important for me: I like exploring ideas and getting to conclusions together with the team, but the focusing, building, specialized part between these two phases are best to be done individually with perhaps some meetings here and there if something needs to be discussed or just to get a bit of that project boosting energy.

I need to work in a team dynamic to keep myself accountable to others.

I am the CEO of my company and it is important for me that my team works together and smoothly. Of course, there are tasks that are given to a person personally.
