Have a question about Pre-Launch

I'm working on a project and would like to receive initial feedback during its development. I want to know if it's okay for me to create a Pre-Launch for my product here. Then, after one or two months, I'd like to create an official Launch. I've heard that Product Hunt doesn't allow us to submit a subsequent post within 6 months. Is that true? Thx :)
