Have you ever experienced a niche newsletter creation and community growth process?

Hey. We have a lab where we imagine and design intellectual disciplines with storytelling perpectives. terminalventures.xyz Last two months, we have been publishing daily newsletter in human resources and human-centered design perspectives. The growth is very slow and I'm investigating how I can scale. I use mailchimp, posting everyday for our persona on LinkedIn. I haven't spent any money yet (:
