Being "AI-ready" is way simpler than people make it sound. The companies I see crushing it with AI started by getting really good at identifying repetitive tasks, documenting processes, and being clear about what success looks like. The tech stack comes later.

@tjlarkin What you're describing is the phase 0 - you obviously need to indicate the potential, BUT the true "AI-Ready" lies in the data. You need your data in one place, in one format and ready to be synced back once you actually do the "AI Magic" - enrich, enhance, get insights,...
Being AI-ready is really about getting the fundamentals right. Start by identifying repetitive tasks in your workflows, documenting SOP's, and defining clear success metrics. Once you've got that foundation, you can layer on the AI tech to supercharge your processes. It's not rocket science, just takes some discipline!
