A few months back I was writing and setting up email flows for a client He had a huge email list - 15,000+ users But they had no email flow in place. Nil So they were unable to convert free trial users to paying customers I solved this problem...and the other one too: There was no communication between the brand and the users So it was difficult to build a brand and its messaging I solved it: In the first welcome email, I asked the user to reply with a simple word We got tons of replies from users introducing themselves But the best part: This started a conversation between the user and the brand Then the customer success manager would talk with the user And build a good relationship with each user that replied The bottom line: Emails are great for initiating conversations and building relationships with users

Looks like you transformed their email strategy from "radio silence" to "email alliance"! From silent treatment to a chatty rendezvous, you turned those emails into matchmakers of brand and user love stories. πŸ˜„πŸ’Œ

@donfred haha you can say that's what I did! Emails are low-hanging fruits - you can send a few emails every month and build a relationship with your users. Provide them with valuable and actionable insights, give them a sneak peek into your life and business and basically connect with them like a real human! Nothing can beat a real human to human connection, don't you agree?
