@b_uranchimeg thank you for the question. Well, there are many advantages of using open-source: 1. Free 2. You don't have to depend on the single software company 3. Customizable 4. Sustainable growth will guaranteed though it can be 1. it can require you to learn the product and how it works really well 2. at some point you have to do part of the development work which require skilled tech team
