Some ideas: 1) Simplify the UI, remove clutter, focus on core features. 2) Optimize site speed, compress images, minify code. 3) Make it fully responsive for mobile. 4) Continuously A/B test changes to improve UX metrics. 5) Use AI to personalize content and recs for each user. Always be iterating!
