How did Monday go?

I hate to say this but usually I feel exhausted on Mondays

Yesterday we had an email issue which meant our auth didn't work anywhere, followed by one of our team's social media accounts being frozen, and potentially hacked. Another couple of fires. The use of auth and the same password in most places highlighted a potential vulnerability. So we are moving all passwords to Bit Warden a password manager (we have nothing to do with them). , our technical co-founder recommended we use passphrases with a min of 3 words, a special character to separate and a number. It will help us move away from using Auth and we can access our accounts on any device as long as we remember our main password.
