How did you come up with the idea for your product or service?

When I was working at my last job I had a need for the current product. A couple of years later I created my own company and product.

I stumbled upon the idea for our product while trying to navigate through a maze of inefficient processes at work – it was like looking for a bug in code without proper comments!
