How do you collect feedback on your product?

In my previous projects we have always had discord communities where we collect feedback from users which worked great, and while I have collected some feedback for my current project like this already, it is not enough this time. So does anyone have any tips, tools and so forth on how you collect that? Surveys? Emails? Let me know!

Create a survey with one of the many survey products and just email it out to your subs and customers.

@rmarlow I never used survey products in the past myself, in the past we just chat with our users, which one would you recommend? Thanks!

Adding a feedback form to the website might help, I'm trying to reach users one by one. Even though I can reach few people, their feedback is important.

@mikroyazilimci I like that idea, we have a lot of people browsing our site, would you do this yourself or is there some SaaS you suggest?

@turboastro I send e-mails to those who are members, but there are simpler methods and tools. I think it's also in hotjar etc to gather feedback.
