By doing user research and finding out what will be a solution for the users' issue.

@svitlana_palamarchuk Talking to customers is always helpful. But what do you do if you can't do this?

The core function of the app, so for example PH would be posting products and voting. Then let users help shape the full build with features they actually want/use
