How do you get notified of new signups for your product?

Hey folks! How do you get notified of new signups for your product? Are there any specific tools you use for tracking new user registrations? Previously I was daily checking my CRM to see who signed up, and also pushing it to the Slack channel that we had for this purpose. Curious to hear what you do.
