I'd suggest: 1) Creating a robust knowledge base with detailed how-to articles and FAQs. 2) Offering live webinars or 1-on-1 onboarding sessions for high-touch support. 3) Developing an in-app guided tour or interactive tutorial to walk users through key workflows step-by-step. 4) Sending drip onboarding emails to gradually introduce features and best practices over time.
