How do you keep yourself motivated?

By trying to only look at the next available step rather than the final goal.

I think motivation stays for some time, but you have to discipline yourself enough that there is less need for motivation.

By trying to reach my goals and loving the process of development, learning something new and exploring.

smallest thing is to have the right kind of music to accompany me moment by moment :) and try looking at things in a smaller portions or 'step by step' so they say
