There are a few things I do to manage stress in my lifestyle. One is practicing mindfulness meditation, which helps me stay present and focused. Another is making sure to take breaks throughout the day to stretch and move my body. And finally, I try to prioritize self-care activities like reading, taking a bath, or spending time with loved ones.
Meditation and read some self-improvement books. Thankful of and being grateful for every small success along the journey I've paved. It took me awhile to fully Focus on present more than future as action in the present changes your future.
accept it :) I learned sth interesting just yesterday from Mark Manson: “Wanting positive experience is a negative experience; accepting negative experience is a
positive experience.”
I tackle stress by hitting the gym, taking a few quiet moments for mindfulness each day, and getting outdoors as much as I can – it really does wonders for the mind and body!
Physical activity is a great stress reliever. Whether it's a brisk walk, a run, or a workout, exercise can release endorphins, which are natural mood lifters.
I go for a walk with my dog twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Sometimes I play Pokemon Go during my walks (if you know any Pokemon Go players, please be a friend with me). You may be surprised to know that Japan is a very safe country, so I rarely have to worry about walking outside late at night.
On the weekends, I spend about 3 hours each Saturday and Sunday working out at the gym or going hiking!
