The startup is always a marathon. It is hard to decide what numbers to expect, and even when you reach them, it is hard to say whether it is really a success. Furthermore, when numbers are growing, we are only learning that there are many more issues to overcome. How do you decide and measure success in your project?

I feel you need a mix of quantitative and qualitative metrics. Financial metrics like MRR are crucial, but so are customer satisfaction and team morale. It's about balance and ensuring sustainable growth.
