How do you prioritize tasks when everything seems urgent?

Only priorize tasks based on 1. how much it will increase customer satisfaction and 2. how much revenue it will generate. The others are not important in a startup.

I usually focus on 3 key areas each week that have the most significant impact on results. Anything beyond that is out of focus. If I try to tackle more than 3, I get overwhelmed 😁

I calm down first, then I try to see whether I block any of my team members (first priority), and then I think which task will help me reach objectives faster and focus on them.
