Use a time tracking tool to monitor how much time you spend on each task.

Github issues. You can only pin 3 issues to the top. Which makes you prioritise 😬

@ozgumusbusra when one is done you unpin it. And pin a new one. The great thing is That you have to limit your self to 3 at the time. If one start to Take alot of time you unpin and divide it maybe. Limits is a superpower! Currently have 20-30 issues That need pinning. Also limiting this pool is imp. You can close issues as not planed. And one is done normal close. Its great!
I like to categorize my tasks as urgent, not urgent, important, not as important on a 2x2 table. I prioritize urgent and important and then urgent not important and goes on like that.

I have to use Jira for task management and TMetric for time management. Both apps integrate perfectly together.
