Walk outside - Avoid all the distractions inside that will keep your mind active. If you want to restore your energy you need to take a breather from everything that is highly entertaining and makes your mind race. Instead go to the quiet places in nature and just take a couple of deep breaths to recharge and also give your mind a break.
Reset your goal.
Read motivational and inspirational books.
Watch motivational and inspirational movies.
Sleep early , wake up early .
Exercise regularly.
Exercise - I know this sounds counter-productive in terms of gaining energy but the truth is that you will feel better after you have exercised for a bit. Most likely you have been sitting too long and your body isn’t active because it doesn’t need to be. Stretch, do a couple jumping jacks and generally move more to get your blood pumping and your body going.
I find solace in nature walks, meditation, and quality time with loved ones. Disconnecting from screens and embracing stillness truly restores my energy.
