I usually check PH - write a post of the last day's top 3 products, drink my coffee, check my todo list and start my project.

Check emails and calendar, reply to messages and plan how I will finish my tasks for the day. ☺️

Check PH and post in discussions. It's good to post in the morning since there's less traffic and thus risk of getting buried. Also post on Indiehackers as well.
