How do you stay motivated and productive when working from home?

Establish a routine and prioritize tasks.

Look at my kids and think how they will never have to know what it's like when dads not around, or working late, or had to go to some far-off town for work. Anything I have to do to keep that reality alive I'm going to do.

Celebrate small victories and accomplishments to maintain motivation and momentum.

Eliminate unnecessary distractions, such as social media or personal phone calls.
