How do you stay motivated to push your product forward during the holiday season? 🎄🎅

Hey fellow SaaS makers, as we all know, this time of year is typically slower and more relaxed compared to other months. with the holiday season in full swing, chirstmas decoration all over places, it can be hard to stay focused. there’s the pull of festivities and the fatigue from the year’s work. But I’m proud to share that last week, especially on Friday night, our Feedspace's team worked through the night to complete target to done new website pages and www.feedspace.io - ver 3, which is now in testing phase. That said, now that December is here, I find myself in full festive mode( i love tis season :) ), not wanting to work. But I’m pushing myself to meet my goals so I can fully enjoy the holiday season without any guilt. I’d love to hear how you all are managing to stay motivated during this time and

I try and think about my future. And what continuing to work hard will do for it.

To keep the momentum, I prioritize small wins, like hitting key milestones, and celebrate them with my team. Clear communication and scheduling ensure we maintain productivity without overwhelming anyone. Lastly, customer feedback is a big motivator—it’s a reminder of why we’re doing what we do, even during the busiest times of the year!
