It's the new year and everyone want's to start new habits, but how do you track them and stay dedicated?
I have seen a lot of new habit-tracking apps lately, do you use any?
I tried tracking habits forever! But it never worked for me. Too robotic, too tedious.
But this formula helped make NEW habits stick:
"After I ____, I will ____. Then I celebrate ____. "
Example: After I wake up, I do 10 push-ups, and then I can grab my phone to read messages before taking a shower.
This formula makes habit much more fun to repeat.
