I usually follow up with a potential client three to five times. This is based on research that shows that it takes an average of five follow-ups to close a sale. However, the number of times you follow up will vary depending on the industry you're in, the type of client you're targeting, and your relationship with the client.
If it takes more than 3 times, my rule is it’s not going to be a good working relationship anyway.
They should need your product/service, not just want it.
I've tried it from 3 to 7 times. honestly I notice the sweet spot is around 5-6 times lol....but I definitively space out.. so 1 days, 3 days, 7 days, 7 days, 10 days etc etc
