I mostly use these 6 tools: 1. Notion for documentation and organizing tasks. 2. Zapier for automating tasks I do daily with multiple tools attached together. 3. Truebase for automating potential leads list building and outreach. 4. Slack and Zoom for team communication 5. Kapwing for video production.
