How many users does Product Hunt have?

Hi all! I was doing some research on current Product Hunt number and couldn't find any truly reliable sources. Are any of the following numbers public? - Total users of product hunt - Number of newsletter subscribers - Number of products launched per day Thanks! 😊

It's easy to get a number with some reverse engineering. You can get every user's shareable image by increasing an ID in this URL: https://www.producthunt.com/shar... you can increase this ID in the URLs to about 3880000 (the user registered today): https://producthunt.com/shareabl... I'm sure it's less (eg. deleted users), and the real question is always, how many users are active, but still, super impressive!! 👏🙌

@johnnyfekete Yep, the real question is - how many actively use it. Some people do become active cyclically

@johnnyfekete @rucha_joshi8 I'd say prob 5-15%, depends on what active means to you, also with product launches we've seen that there is a lot of people how just look at stuff and check it out without commenting or upvoting...

@johnnyfekete @rucha_joshi8 @max15 I'd probably define "active" 1+ content interaction per week or so and then "passive active" by 1+ login per week.

No idea - but I'm sure you could use the API to check. You could also use it to find out how many members are active...

For active users, it's around 1.3M but over half are automated bot accounts. That's accounts which have voted or commented at least once. Source: https://wakatime.com/blog/67-bot...
