Let's be honest, are you going Elizabeth Holmes route expecting employees to be working insane amount of hours? Or Like Elon you are looking for super-driven individulas who would willingly sit overtime? Or you don't care as long as required part of work is done and KPI's are met?

Aiming for a 40-hour week, no more. Remember, it's about productivity, not hours clocked. Avoiding burnout is crucial.
