2021 is coming to an end, and I'm curious to know your ways of creating a New Year's resolution and not giving up after a week, but actually maintaining it.
Does it all come down to writing it out on paper?
My tip is to not think of a resolution from a place of lack and scarcity, because that means you essentially don't have it, and that's not a very powerful place to create anything.
Approach it from a place of strength, happiness and content while striving to improve and be more of who you are. ✨
