I am currently working on growing my Twitter account and I am struggling to come up with ideas for daily content. Can anyone offer suggestions on how to effectively brainstorm ideas for my posts?
That would be great to look at the accounts that are at the top in your niche. After that you can deep dive into what they are sharing and brainstorm new ideas!
@johnberg That's a good one. It just so hard to grow the number of followers like them.😂
Besides, I am launching my product today:
WorkGPT: combination of ChatGPT and Zapier. WorkGPT enables you to create various agents that can assist you in your tasks, simply by chatting with them.
Hope I can get your support. https://www.producthunt.com/post...
I've been using prompts I find here https://snackprompt.com/topic/ma... and then dropping them in ChatGPT. It's a lot of massaging to get the right post out of it but it's def a good spot to start brainstorming.
Some of the most successful accounts I follow tend to focus on responding to posts vs. sending tweets/content into the void. Gary Vee famously talks about the $1.80 strategy outlined here: https://garyvaynerchuk.com/insta...
This strategy would allow Twitter to be your "brainstormer" and you get to be proactive and respond to posts that resonate with you!
Hope this helps!
@matt_basile Thanks Matt for such detailed sharing. I will work it out with your suggestions.💬🔥

Look at what is trending and see how it can be adapted to your niche. Look at competitors and see what they are posting. Brainstorm how you can take your own spin on it.
@daniel_hunt4 Haha That's a good one!

One tactics that I find useful: I pay attention to what we discuss informally with my peers and colleagues during a coffee break or in any type of informal spontaneous conversation. I think if something is discussed in real life, there is a great chance it will be interesting to discuss online.
Ask ChatGPT! I think that basing it on the StoryBrand framework as outlined in 'Social Media Success for Every Brand: The Five StoryBrand Pillars That Turn Posts Into Profits' by Claire Diaz-Ortiz is a great framework for storytelling. In my experience then asking GPT4 to write out a StoryBrand framework is a great way to start. And then from there, it's easy to write the content.
@amy_doyle Hello Amy, thanks for the StoryBrand framework idea. I m using ChatGPT a lot but I just find hard to write the good prompt to create more concise and appealing content.

Social media brainstorming? Zero in on your audience's pain points. Create a content calendar with different themes for each day: Motivation Monday, Tech Tip Tuesday, etc. Get team members to throw ideas into a Slack channel or Google Doc—more minds, more gems.
@a_coleman_99 A content calendar is a good idea.💡 I m solopreneur which I m basically the only one to do everything my own.

Start with the base:
- find your audience
- know your needs
- adapt content to social networks
After that, all that's left to do is benchmark the competition to see what problems they're solving, so you can either go one step further, or take a different angle.
@louis_garnier Thanks for the suggestion. 🧠The point of benchmark is right. I am seeing I get more views than before.

Certainly! Growing your Twitter presence can be challenging, but brainstorming content ideas can help. Consider sharing industry news, helpful tips, engaging polls or surveys, behind-the-scenes glimpses, user-generated content, and interactive Q&A sessions. Also, keeping an eye on Zara Social trending topics and engaging with your audience's questions and comments can spark new content ideas. Happy tweeting!
@broderickson_priddy Zara Social , it seems a german website. Do you have any recommendations in english?

One of the best ways for me is to reply to someone's question first and then convert my answer into a post. This way, I feel that the process becomes more personal. Even if I don't get any exposure with my post, I can be sure that I haven't wasted my time because I've helped at least one person who specifically asked about that. All of this makes the process less lonely and provides the opportunity to interact with brilliant people!
Before jumping straight to content you should do a lil research about your target audience and what will interest them. Also, what's trending in the market. Please make a list of it. Then identify core topics or themes that align with your brand and resonate with your audience. These will be your content pillars. Also, do some research on what your competitors are creating. This can be your first step around gathering ideas and brainstorming around them. :))
I am reviewing AI Agent research papers for my substack (https://jdsemrau.substack.com) and every week someone posts new ones.
So I will be busy for a while I guess.
