How to Create a Custom CRM System for Your Business

I don't know any business that doesn't use some type of CRM system 🤔 Even startups start thinking pretty soon after the launch of buying an off-the-shelf CRM or build their own from scratch. I once worked for a startup that tried to manage their business out of the notebook, and, of course, it was a complete disaster🤦🏻‍♀️ Orders would get mixed constantly, customers were upset because employees would miss key details from the orders, and it was a really bad experience for everybody involved.
