How to survive as a digital artist in the internet full of AI?

Tons of AI tools are getting better on every day basis,, and they can now generate 3d models too (with messy topology). I love working in blender and I'm afraid the AI is going to take over.

To thrive as a digital artist amidst the rise of AI, focus on developing a unique artistic voice and storytelling ability that machines can't replicate. Embrace AI as a tool to enhance productivity, but let your creativity and human touch distinguish your work in Blender.

I would say embrace it, can't fight it even if you want to :) ⭐So my suggestions would be: 1. Lock all your art behind a pay wall so it can't get scraped. 2. Train A.I. on your own art and generate images in your own style. 3. Learn how to use A.I. to generate segments of your art. Those are the 3 things that come to mind at the moment. However, I am not an artist so all of my suggestions could be completely invalid!

@constantine_stan my point was that human-generated art might get less value than the AI counterpart. but you have some good suggestions here

It is the same as generalists who survived the Google era - they learned to google better than the rest. But this didn't make specialists obsolete; it was just the opposite. It made them more unique. AI is in the same boat. Instructing AI to create written or image content can get you only so far. AI will never replace the new Picasso, Tolkien, or Mozart. AI is a helping tool.

I find the output of AI art random, occasionally brilliant but mostly a bit odd and disturbing at times. I will never replace the human touch and partnership that comes with working with a talented illustrator.
