This week, I launched my first product, Qosho, for validation (you can find it on my page).
It didn’t go as expected. Here’s what I learned:
1. Don’t Launch on Tuesday or Wednesday unless you have a solid network to promote your product. Weekends work much better for traction.
2. Keep your landing page concise. No one wants to fill out surveys – they want to see the product in action.
3. Show the value upfront. Users don’t have time to dig; make sure they know exactly what your product does and how it helps.
4. Reddit is an underrated gem. It’s an awesome community for spreading the word about your launch.
5. Engage in discussions on Product Hunt. It’s a simple way to drive traffic and build awareness.
Failure? Maybe. Valuable lessons? Definitely.
