Simplified the feature set for the initial release.

Secure more beta testers before launch.

i think pre launch community is very important so yeah I will go for that first to make sure people know me and my product as well

Ah hindsight is 20/20 isn't it? For my next launch, I'm def going to prioritize building buzz and getting user feedback early on rather than obsessing over every little feature. Gotta nail that core value prop first and foremost! Learned that lesson the hard way last time around.
